African Academy for Open Source Investigation Launches Fellowship to Combat Misinformation

A new fellowship program aims to strengthen journalism in West Africa. The African Academy for Open Source Investigation (AAOSI) is offering specialized training for journalists in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. The application deadline is November 15, 2025.This initiative, run by Code for Africa, will mentor six journalists over four months. It focuses on building resilience against misinformation and propaganda.

Fellowship Provides Financial and Technical Support
