ZOOMBANGLA DESK: Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Maleque MP today said Bangladesh received COVID-19 vaccine earlier than many other countries in the world and all people of the country will get COVID-19 vaccine gradually, BSS reports.
The minister said the development of the country has been continuing as present government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is in power.
The Health Minister said this while exchanging views with the newly elected Mayor of Manikganj Municipality Md. Ramjan Ali,Councilors and eminent citizens at Municipality auditorium.
The Minister said the civic amenities for the people of Manikganj Municipality must be increased as the government has taken up massive development programmes for the local bodies.
Deputy Commissioner S M Ferdous, Superintendent of Police (SP) Rifat Rahman Shamim, Chairman Manikganj District Council Advocate Golam Mohiuddin and Manikganj Poura Awami League President Md. Monayem Khan were among others present
Later, Health minister also attended the extended meeting of Manikganj municipality Awami League.
