A Hybrid Program Fostering Cross-Continental Collaboration
The academy is structured across three learning blocks between April and October 2026. It begins with an online phase in April. The program then shifts to a full-time, in-person module in Bonn, Germany.This residential phase runs from May to July. It is jointly organized with the African partner, Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana). Participants will engage in leadership and academic modules, including one facilitated by CDD-Ghana. The in-person segment concludes with study trips to Berlin and Brussels.
Comprehensive Support for Selected Participants
IDOS provides extensive financial assistance to facilitate participation. This support covers international travel to and from Germany. It also includes accommodation, health insurance, and a monthly living allowance for the duration of the stay.A technical subsidy is provided to help participants meet the online phase requirements. Who is eligible to apply for the Shaping Futures Academy?
