পটুয়াখালী প্রতিনিধি: কয়লা সংকটের কারণে আজ (৫ জুন) দুপুর ১২টা ১০ মিনিটে পুরোপুরি বন্ধ হয়ে গেল পায়রা তাপবিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্র। ২৫ মে একটি ইউনিট বন্ধ করা হয়েছিল। আজ বন্ধ হয়েছে অবশিষ্ট ইউনিটটিও। পায়রা তাপবিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের প্রকৌশলী জোবায়ের আহমেদ জুমবাংলাকে বলেন, ‘আমাদের ৪০০ টনের মতো কয়লা মজুত ছিল, যা দিয়ে তাপবিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রটি বেলা ১২টা ১০ মিনিট পর্যন্ত চালানো সম্ভব হয়েছে। তারপর পুরোপুরি বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে।’ বিদ্যুৎকেন্দ্রটি বন্ধ হওয়ায় পটুয়াখালীসহ সারাদেশে আরও ভয়াবহ লোডশেডিং দেখা দেবে। এক হাজার ৩২০ মেগাওয়াটের পায়রা তাপবিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রটি সমগ্র বরিশাল, খুলনা ও ঢাকার বেশ কিছু অংশের বিদ্যুতের নির্ভরযোগ্য উৎস‌ ছিল। গত শনিবার (৩ জুন) বিদ্যুৎ, জ্বালানি ও খনিজসম্পদ…
