BRAC Bank wins ‘PMO of the Year’ Award

ZOOMBANGLA DESK: BRAC Bank has won the prestigious “PMO of the Year Award” from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA’s Bangladesh Chapter.

BRAC Bank has been honoured as the Champion in this category in recognition of its fine-tuned processes, superior execution capabilities and impacts within the organization of its Project Management function.

Bangladesh Project Management Awards 2023 is the most prestigious project management award for professionals and companies in Bangladesh.

Project Management Awards celebrate excellence in project management and recognize exemplary project management practices in the country.

This is the fourth Project Management Awards hosted by PMI Bangladesh Chapter, established in 2013.

More than 40 projects participated in five categories for this year’s project management award.

Selim R. F. Hussain, Managing Director & CEO, BRAC Bank, received the award from Russell T Ahmed, president of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) at Bangladesh Project Management Awards 2023 at a hotel in Dhaka on November 25.

Annesha Ahmed, President of PMI Bangladesh Chapter; Sabbir Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & COO, BRAC Bank, was also present.

Celebrating the honour, Selim R. F. Hussain, Managing Director & CEO, BRAC Bank, expressed: “In the last couple of years, BRAC Bank has successfully rolled out several technology infrastructure projects.
