The first week of Dhurandhar: The Revenge has unfolded with a pace that has caught the attention of the trade, as the film moved past the Rs. 500 crore nett mark in India within seven days, a benchmark no previous release has reached this quickly.

By Wednesday, the Ranveer Singh-led film added roughly Rs. 40 crore nett, taking its seven-day domestic total to about Rs. 526.50 crore. Including collections from dubbed versions in southern markets, estimated at Rs. 27.50 crore nett, the overall tally across languages now stands near Rs. 554 crore.
The trajectory through the week reflects both strong initial demand and a gradual settling after the opening surge. Tuesday to Wednesday saw a decline of around 15 per cent, with sharper dips in the morning and matinee shows. Evening and night screenings, however, held relatively better, aided by a holiday effect that steadied footfall.
From its opening previews of Rs. 39.50 crore, the film saw a sharp rise into the weekend, peaking on Sunday at Rs. 101 crore nett. The following weekdays brought expected corrections, though the overall hold remains firm by industry standards. The extended first week is projected to close in the range of Rs. 565â570 crore nett.
Regional performance has added a modest but notable layer, particularly the Telugu-dubbed version, which accounts for the bulk of the southern contribution at approximately Rs. 18.50 crore. Other language versions have played a smaller role in the cumulative figure.
Trade observers typically look for stability beyond the opening weekend to confirm a filmâs long-term standing. In this case, weekday collections have reinforced the initial momentum, allowing the film to retain its classification as an all-time blockbuster in commercial terms.
Looking ahead, the current trend suggests a strong second weekend, with expectations of crossing Rs. 700 crore nett by Sunday if momentum holds. The pace has already placed the film in a position where higher milestones, including Rs. 800 crore and beyond, are within reach based on present performance.

For now, the numbers point to sustained audience interest rather than a short-lived surge, with the coming days likely to determine how far the run extends.
