Google’s AI Mode: A New Era of Online Search Experience

With the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the way information is searched online is also changing. Currently, using ChatGPT’s AI-based search facility, users can find various information online through conversations instead of simple keywords. Not only that, links to related websites are displayed in the search results. Google is also following the same path.

Google is going to launch a new facility called ‘AI Mode’ as an alternative to the conventional search system. If this new facility is launched, users will be able to find the necessary information online more easily than at present.

Currently, Google Search has an ‘AI Overview’ feature. The feature shows short answers generated by AI at the top of search results. However, the new AI mode will be completely different. It will be in a separate tab; that is, users can turn it on if they want. Google says that this mode will analyze users’ searches more intelligently and present information in a more understandable and organized way. It will show answers to questions as well as links to resources.

Google has not yet officially announced the launch date of AI Mode. However, technology website NineTwoFiveGoogle reported that Google has already started testing the functionality of AI Mode. The feature may be launched soon.

An email from Google employees has revealed some screenshots of the desktop version of the AI ​​Mode feature. It looks similar to regular Google Search, but with a separate tab at the top called AI Mode.
