The much-anticipated Honda CB 125 Hornet has been officially unveiled in India, targeting the rapidly growing sporty 125cc motorcycle segment. Expected to launch in July 2025, the CB 125 Hornet blends aggressive design, modern features, and Honda’s legacy of performance in a compact, street-friendly package.
Expected Price and Launch Date
The Honda CB 125 Hornet is expected to be priced between ₹95,000 to ₹1,00,000 (ex-showroom), positioning it competitively against rivals like the TVS Raider 125, Bajaj Pulsar N125, and Hero Xtreme 125R. Honda has announced that official pricing will be revealed on August 1, 2025.
Engine and Performance
At the heart of the CB 125 Hornet is a 123.94cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, producing 11.1hp and 11.2Nm of torque. This is a slightly tuned version of the engine used in the Honda SP 125 and Shine 125, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox for smooth power delivery.
