Smartphones have steadily taken on a broader role among young users in Bangladesh, moving beyond entertainment into everyday tools for content creation and online presence. Platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram continue to shape that shift, where visual quality often determines reach and engagement.

Yet, one limitation has remained consistent. Many young users shoot indoors or after sunset, where poor lighting can quickly undermine image quality. Grainy textures, loss of detail and unstable video are common frustrations, particularly for those trying to build an audience.
Against that backdrop, Infinix has introduced its latest Note 60 Series in Bangladesh, positioning camera performance, especially in low light, at the centre of the devices. The lineup includes the Infinix Note 60 and the Infinix Note 60 Pro.
According to information shared in a press release, both devices are equipped with a 50-megapixel primary camera featuring an f/1.6 aperture. That wider aperture is intended to allow more light into the sensor, a key factor when shooting in dim environments.
The camera system also includes an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 112-degree field of view, aimed at group shots and wider scenes. A dual LED flash is built in to support clearer subject capture when natural light is limited.
The devices incorporate HDR support to manage contrast between bright and dark areas within the same frame, while panorama mode allows users to capture broader outdoor scenes without stitching issues.
On the video side, both rear and front cameras support 1080p recording. The company says improvements to stability have been made to reduce shakiness during handheld shooting, a feature that aligns with the growing popularity of short-form video and vlogging.
A notable addition is the Night Mode, which works by combining multiple frames to produce a brighter final image. This approach is designed to reduce noise while preserving detail and more accurate colours in low-light conditions.
The emphasis on camera capabilities reflects a wider shift in how smartphones are used locally, where affordability and practical performance often outweigh premium features. For many young users, the ability to capture usable content in everyday conditions carries more weight than headline specifications.
The Note 60 Series appears to be built with that reality in mind, focusing less on novelty and more on consistent output in situations users face daily.
