3 minutes of quick squats, push-ups and lunges strengthens almost all the muscles of the body in a minimum of time. Squat for 30 seconds with both hands in front of you and legs extended. This exercise will strengthen your legs, lower abdomen and stomach area. Then do 30 seconds of push-ups or chest presses.
This will strengthen the muscles of the upper body and lower abdomen and gain stability. You can also do push-ups with your knees on the ground from time to time. Then do lunges. Doing such an exercise for 1 minute improves the balance of the body. The leg muscles and lower body are strengthened.
