Morning Exercise Routine: Simple Steps to Stay Fit

Exercise doesn’t mean you have to go to the gym. You can wake up at home in the morning and spend some time exercising on the balcony or terrace. Such small efforts every morning will keep you fit. You can easily handle the stress of the day.

Morning Exercise

Start your morning exercise with jumping jacks. Jumping jacks warm up the whole body. You have to do this exercise by moving both arms and both legs and jumping. This exercise increases the heart rate. Blood circulation increases. And the muscles of the body wake up after a whole night’s sleep. Just one minute of jumping jacks helps in improving cardiovascular health. This exercise is very effective in increasing the mobility of the body. Try it once, laziness will go away.

After the body warm-up is over, you should do stretching exercises. Move the elbows and wrists of both hands clockwise. Raise one leg with your hands on your waist and move the ankle clockwise. Rotate your neck from left to right for a while in a clockwise direction.

Exercising in this way breaks the inertia of the various joints of the body, makes the body mobile and prepares you for the whole day. Stretching increases the flexibility of the various muscles of the body and also increases the ability to resist injury.

3 minutes of quick squats, push-ups and lunges strengthens almost all the muscles of the body in a minimum of time. Squat for 30 seconds with both hands in front of you and legs extended. This exercise will strengthen your legs, lower abdomen and stomach area. Then do 30 seconds of push-ups or chest presses.

This will strengthen the muscles of the upper body and lower abdomen and gain stability. You can also do push-ups with your knees on the ground from time to time. Then do lunges. Doing such an exercise for 1 minute improves the balance of the body. The leg muscles and lower body are strengthened.
