ZOOMBANGLA DESK: The Mongla port Authority (MPA) on Saturday has given warm reception to 30 Indian tourists boarded on tourist ship MV Ganga Villas, a luxurious five-star ship.
Earlier, the luxurious Indian tourists’ ship along with 30 tourists was anchored at Jetty No. 7 of Mongla Port at 2:00 pm.
State Minister for Shipping Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury welcomed the tourists and spoke as the chief guest.
Pranoy Verma, High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh, also spoke as special guest with Mongla Port Chairman Rear Admiral Mir Ershad Ali in the chair.
Shipping Secretary Md. Mustafa Kamal and BIWTA Chairman Commodore Golam Sadek, among others, were present.
