Sci-Fi Becomes Reality: Aleph’s Electric Flying Car Takes Off

Aleph’s Electric Flying Car

For the first time, the US manufacturer Aleph Aeronautics has released a video of a new type of flying car. An electric car from the company has achieved a major milestone by flying vertically in California. This car can be converted from a moving state to a flying car. A prototype of the car, the Aleph Model A, was displayed. This car is designed for both road and air travel. More than 3,000 pre-orders have already been placed for this $300,000 car.

Such cars are seen in the sci-fi movie Back to the Future or various science fiction stories. Just as a flying car is seen flying in the sky there, such cars are seen flying in reality. American car manufacturer Aleph Aeronautics has designed this electric car suitable for road use to fly vertically. This prototype is being called a major milestone in the history of aviation and automobiles.

The test flight was conducted on a California road. There, it was seen that a black prototype car could drive on the road like a normal car. On the way, this flying car suddenly flew over another car. In the past few years, many flying cars have been seen, most of which took off using a runway. The new car can fly directly from the road for the first time. Aleph CEO Jim Duchovny said that the moment of flight can be compared to the Wright Brothers’ Kitty Hawk flight in 1903.

The video shows the prototype car as a super-light version of Aleph’s Model Zero, which will be followed by a commercial model. The two-seat car can fly for 110 miles. It has a maximum driving range of 200 miles. It has autopiloting flight capabilities. The car’s design features eight independently rotating rotors. There are four small engines inside the wheels to drive it on the road. However, its top speed is 25 miles per hour. Customers can reserve this flying car for just $150. The company plans to launch a larger Model Z sedan by 2035.
