Protests against corruption are underway in Serbia’s second-largest city, Novi Sad. The protests began three months ago after a deadly train station roof collapse. Students are continuing the protests to pressure the government.

The protests, led by university students, have already put pressure on the country’s government, leading to the resignation of several high-ranking officials, including Prime Minister Milos Vucevic, according to Reuters.
Protesting students have demanded accountability for those responsible for the roof collapse, with many blaming government corruption and inefficiency.
Earlier on Saturday, several thousand students held a major protest by blocking roads and bridges.
In November, 15 people were killed when the roof of a railway station collapsed in Novi Sad, Serbia. The incident sparked protests that eventually turned into anti-corruption protests and spread across the country.
