হ্যারি-মেগানের সিদ্ধান্ত মেনে নিয়ে ইনস্টাগ্রাম যা বললেন রানি

আন্তর্জাতিক ডেস্ক : ব্রিটিশ রাজপরিবারে প্রিন্স হ্যারি ও মেগান মার্কেলের ‘সাময়িক শূণ্যতা’ মেনে নিয়ে, তাদের ইচ্ছামাফিক অবসর উদযাপনের পক্ষে মত দিয়েছেন রানি এলিজাবেথ। রাজকিয় এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তির বরাতে মঙ্গলবার (১৪ জানুয়ারি) এ খবর জানিয়েছে বিবিসি।

এর আগে, দীর্ঘ ছুটি কাটিয়ে বড়দিনে রাজকিয় আয়োজনের যোগ দেওয়ার পর এক ইনস্টাগ্রাম পোস্টে হ্যারি-মেগান দম্পতি জানিয়েছিলেন, তারা অর্থনৈতিক নিরাপত্তার কথা বিবেচনা করে সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন, রাজকার্য থেকে সরে দাঁড়াবেন। প্রগতিশীল নতুন কোনো কাজ নিয়ে উত্তর আমেরিকা ও যুক্তরাজ্যের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চল ভ্রমণের ইচ্ছাও প্রকাশ করেছিলেন। রাজপরিবারের কাউকে না জানিয়ে হ্যারি-মেগান দম্পতির এমন ঘোষণায় রানিসহ অন্যান্য সদস্যরা ক্ষুব্ধ ছিলেন। পরে রানি জরুরি বৈঠক ডেকে রাজপরিবারের অন্যান্যদের সাথে কথা বলার মাধ্যমে, হ্যারি-মেগানের ইচ্ছার প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল থাকার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন।
