Disney+ has renewed the Hulu Original thriller Furious for a second season. The announcement gives the Furious season 2 search trend a firm answer while leaving the next chapter’s release date and story details open. Disney said on August 28 that the series comes from creator and executive producer Elizabeth Meriwether and star and executive producer Emmy Rossum. The story follows the two characters as their paths begin to cross and the line between justice and wrongdoing becomes harder to define.

The first season also stars Quincy Tyler Bernstine and Scoot McNairy, with guest appearances from Jake Lacy, Rob Delaney, Hope Davis, Rob Yang and Steve Way.
