Xiaomiâs Poco lineup looks set for another mid-range refresh, and the first clear look at the next models is now circulating online. Leaked renders said to show the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max have appeared ahead of any official announcement, offering an early view of the design and color choices Xiaomi may be planning for global markets.
The images were shared by X user @passionategkeez, and they present both phones in black, white, and blue. At a glance, the two devices stick closely to the same visual language, including a pill-shaped rear camera module with a dual-camera layout.
One small detail separates the pair in the leak: the Poco X8 Pro Max appears to use a dual-LED flash arrangement, while the standard Pro model is shown with a single LED. From the front, the two look nearly interchangeable in the renders, with even bezels and a center punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.
This leak also lines up with earlier claims that the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max will be rebranded versions of the Redmi Turbo 5 and Redmi Turbo 5 Max, respectively. The Poco X8 series has already been spotted through regulatory certifications and also surfaced on Geekbench, according to the information provided.
On the spec side, the Poco X8 Pro is expected to come with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display and a Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset. A Geekbench listing is described as pointing to roughly 7% faster single-core performance than the Poco X7 Pro, while suggesting similar multi-core results. The same set of details also mentions a 6,500mAh battery.
The Poco X8 Pro Max, meanwhile, is expected to step up to a 6.83-inch OLED screen and may use the Dimensity 9500s chipset. Itâs also described as pairing that with an 8,500mAh battery and 100W fast charging support.
For now, the timing is still the missing piece. No official release date has been given for the Poco X8 series, leaving these renders as an early snapshot of what Xiaomi might be preparing before it says anything publicly.
