However, ahead of the showcase, Tecno has already listed the smartphones on its official website, revealing their design, specifications, colour variants, RAM, and storage configurations. The lineup includes the tecno camon 50 and Camon 50 Pro, both featuring a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, alongside a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 6,150mAh battery with 45W charging support.

Tecno Camon 50 Pro, Camon 50 Price and Availability

The tecno camon 50 series is currently available for pre-orders via Tecno’s Kenyan website. The Camon 50 Pro is priced at KES 38,999 (roughly Rs. 27,000), while the tecno camon 50 is listed at KES 34,999 (roughly Rs. 24,000). These prices are exclusive of VAT. The sale is scheduled to begin on February 23.

The smartphones are also listed on Priceinkenya, where the Camon 50 Pro carries a starting price of KES 44,000 (roughly Rs. 31,000), and the tecno camon 50 starts at KES 37,500 (roughly Rs. 26,000).

In terms of colour options, the Camon 50 Pro is available in Moonlight Black, Malachite Green, Nebula Titanium, Fir Green, Lavender Mist, and Ethereal Blue. The tecno camon 50 comes in Moonlight Black, Malachite Green, Nebula Titanium, Fir Green, Lavender Mist, and Mint Cream shades.

The Camon 50 Pro runs on HiOS 16 based on Android 16. It sports a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 1,208×2,644 pixels resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G200 Ultimate chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The RAM can be virtually expanded up to 16GB using unused storage.

For photography, the Camon 50 Pro features a triple rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor with a 1/1.56-inch sensor size and OIS, a 50-megapixel 3X telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, it houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
