Anker has announced the Soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 Pro, a new set of sleep-focused earbuds with in-ear tracking features. The company says the model will arrive in the United States in November, while the regular Sleep Earbuds 4 is planned for October.

The Pro version uses in-ear PPG sensors to collect sleep-related measurements, according to Soundcore. The product page lists heart rate, heart-rate variability and sleep stages among the information it is designed to track during the night.

PPG is an optical sensing method, and readings can vary with fit, movement, skin contact and other conditions. Soundcore’s product claims should not be confused with a medical diagnosis. Anyone concerned about sleep or heart symptoms should speak with a qualified clinician.

Anker is also presenting the earbuds as a phone-free part of a bedtime routine. The company says the Pro model can provide personalized insights from the overnight data. It has not published full testing details in the material reviewed for this report.

TechRadar reported that the new sleep range was shown at IFA 2026 and that the Pro model adds heart-rate tracking to the sleep-earbud format. The report also said Anker had not confirmed final pricing at the time of publication.

The product is aimed at people who do not want to wear a watch or ring overnight. Small earbuds may be easier for some sleepers, but comfort and battery life will matter as much as the sensors. A device that feels intrusive may not be useful even if its tracking list is long.
