The Technocraft Ventures IPO allotment is being finalized on Thursday, a day after the subscription window closed with strong demand. The infrastructure company’s 251.88 crore rupee issue was subscribed 19.24 times overall, according to exchange data cited by multiple market trackers.

The IPO ran from August 7 to August 11, 2026, priced in a band of 200 to 212 rupees per share. Technocraft Ventures builds turnkey engineering, procurement and construction projects for state governments and government agencies, with operations concentrated in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi.
Khambatta Securities is the book-running lead manager on the issue, and Bigshare Services is handling registrar duties. Of the fresh issue proceeds, 150 crore rupees is earmarked for working capital needs, with the remainder going toward general corporate purposes and offer-related expenses.
Grey market premium figures moved through the subscription window, a common pattern for closely watched IPOs. GMP stood near 23 rupees on August 10, roughly an 11 percent premium over the upper price band. It eased slightly to about 21 rupees by the afternoon of August 11, tracking services including IPO Watch and Chittorgarh reported.
Refunds for investors who did not receive shares are expected to process on August 13. Successful applicants will see shares credited to their demat accounts the same day. Technocraft Ventures shares are tentatively scheduled to begin trading on the BSE and NSE on August 14, 2026.
Investors can check allotment status through the registrar’s website or the BSE IPO portal. Status is also available directly through their brokerage once the basis of allotment is published later Thursday. Grey market premium is an unofficial, informal indicator and does not guarantee where shares will actually list.
The strong subscription number places Technocraft Ventures among the more heavily bid infrastructure IPOs of the year. Government-linked EPC contractors have drawn steady investor interest in India’s small and mid-cap primary market through 2026.
