The global rollout of the vivo X300 Ultra has now reached India, where the company recently introduced the flagship smartphone at an event in New Delhi. The launch marks an important step for vivo, as the X300 Ultra became the first Ultra-branded model from the company to debut outside China after its original unveiling there in March.

Alongside the Eclipse Black option, vivo is also bringing the device in a new Victory Green finish, a version that leans more heavily into design than the darker, understated variants already shown earlier.
From the front, the phone remains unchanged across colors. The X300 Ultra carries a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 3,168×1,440 pixels. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner sits beneath the screen, while a centered punch-hole houses the 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
The more noticeable changes come on the rear panel. vivo’s large circular camera housing, which the company describes as a “Metal-Biscuit Style” module, dominates the back of the device. Inside it are four imaging components: a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a dedicated color-sensing sensor. An infrared blaster is also integrated into the module, while the LED flash system is positioned separately outside the camera ring.
The camera setup adds considerable thickness to the upper rear portion of the phone. Combined with the device’s large footprint, the X300 Ultra may feel difficult to manage with one hand for some users.
The Victory Green edition uses a glossy glass back panel that resists fingerprints better than expected during handling. vivo has also adopted a split-tone rear design on this version, pairing a soft pastel green finish across most of the back with a contrasting lower section. The vivo branding remains subtle and only becomes visible under certain lighting angles.
Its aluminum frame carries a matte texture that complements the softer finish on the rear panel. The power and volume buttons on the right side offer firm tactile feedback, contributing to the premium feel vivo appears to be targeting with the device.
The bundled accessories also reflect that design direction. vivo includes a matching green protective case inside the retail box, giving the phone a more fashion-oriented appearance once fitted. The look stands apart from the blue and silver models and gives the device a slightly more playful identity without altering the hardware itself.

While the X300 Ultra’s size and camera module may divide opinion from a usability standpoint, the overall construction leaves a solid first impression. vivo’s emphasis on materials, finish, and presentation is particularly noticeable in the Victory Green variant, which appears designed to stand out in a crowded premium smartphone market.
