Xiaomi has introduced a new version of its UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank in China, expanding the lineup with a higher-capacity 10,000 mAh model that also brings faster charging speeds.

The device follows the UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 mAh released earlier in 2026. While the newer version doubles the battery capacity, it also comes with a noticeable increase in thickness. Xiaomi says the updated model measures 13.2 mm, compared with 6 mm on the earlier 5,000 mAh variant.

Even with the larger profile, the company is positioning the accessory as one of the thinnest magnetic power banks currently available in the 10,000 mAh category. The unit weighs around 195 grams.

A key change comes in charging performance. The new model supports wired charging at up to 45 W through its USB-C port, a substantial increase over the 22.5 W supported by the previous generation. Wireless charging has also been upgraded, rising from 15 W to 20 W.

The power bank can charge two devices at the same time, according to Xiaomi. The company also says the accessory supports several charging standards, including PD 3.0, QC 3.0, Apple 2.4A, and FCP.

Magnetic attachment remains part of the design, continuing the format introduced with the earlier model. Xiaomi has also included support for 30 W input charging for the power bank itself, alongside built-in protection systems intended to guard against overheating and electrical overload.

The new UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank has already appeared on the Chinese crowdfunding and retail platform Youpin with a listed price of about $51.

Xiaomi previously released a global version of the 5,000 mAh UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank after its initial launch in China. The company has not announced international availability for the new 10,000 mAh model, though the earlier rollout suggests the possibility of a wider release later on.
