লাইফস্টাইল ডেস্ক : পরিষ্কার করার ঝক্কির কারণে অনেকেই খেতে চান না ভুঁড়ি। সময়সাপেক্ষ পদ্ধতির বদলে কয়েকটি সহজ উপায় মেনে পরিষ্কার করে ফেলতে পারেন ভুঁড়ি।এভাবে পরিষ্কার করলে গন্ধও দূর হবে ভুঁড়ির। দুটি পাকা লেবু থেকে রস বের করে নিন। ফুটন্ত গরম পানি ঢালুন একটি বড় গামলায়। এর মধ্যে লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে ভুঁড়ি ভিজিয়ে রাখুন। ভেজানোর আগে বড় করে কয়েকটি টুকরা করে নেবেন। এক থেকে দুই মিনিট ভিজিয়ে রেখে উঠিয়ে নিন। একটি স্টিলের চামচের সাহায্যে আঁচড়ে কালো অংশটি উঠিয়ে ফেলুন। প্রথমেই কাঁচি দিয়ে ভুঁড়ি কয়েকটি বড় টুকরা করে নিন। পানিতে গরম করে সেদ্ধ করে নিন ভুঁড়ি। চুলা থেকে নামিয়ে গরম থাকা অবস্থায়ই…
