The BMW X1 LWB has launched in India with an introductory ex-showroom price of Rs 49.90 lakh, giving the bmw x1 lwb price search a confirmed figure after the model’s August 21 debut. BMW Group India announced the price, while CarDekho detailed the vehicle’s cabin, powertrain and luggage space.

The long-wheelbase version is aimed at buyers who want more room in the rear seat. CarDekho reported that the extended body provides 540 litres of boot space, increasing to 1,700 litres with the second row folded. Rear passengers receive dedicated air-conditioning vents and USB Type-C charging ports.
Power comes from a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 156 PS and 230 Nm. The engine is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and front-wheel drive. CarDekho listed a claimed 0-to-100 kmph time of 8.6 seconds.
The cabin includes BMW’s Curved Display, a 10.7-inch infotainment screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 12-speaker Harman Kardon system, a panoramic glass roof and a powered tailgate. Safety equipment includes Level 1 driver assistance, eight airbags, a 360-degree camera, parking sensors and electronic stability control.
BMW has positioned the X1 LWB around rear-seat comfort, although CarDekho noted that some features found in other vehicles at this price, such as ventilated front seats, a head-up display and rear sunshades, are not listed. Buyers should confirm the final on-road price, equipment and delivery schedule with an authorised BMW retailer.
