I’m Game reaches ₹41.20 crore worldwide after sharp first-Monday drop

By Beauty NishaSeptember 9, 20262 Mins Read

The latest I’m Game box office collection reached an estimated worldwide gross of ₹41.20 crore after five days in cinemas, even as its first Monday produced a steep fall in daily collections. The latest figures were reported on Sept. 8 by The Week, NDTV Profit and The Times of India, all citing Sacnilk tracking data.

The film earned an estimated ₹1.50 crore net in India on its fifth day, according to the reports. That was a 65.5 percent decline from the ₹4.35 crore net figure reported for Sunday. The Week said the Monday number came from 2,610 shows, while the overall domestic run had reached ₹20.50 crore net and ₹23.95 crore gross.

The overseas market provided an additional part of the total. The reports put the overseas gross at ₹17.25 crore after a reported ₹0.75 crore on Day 5. Combined with the domestic gross, that produced the ₹41.20 crore worldwide figure cited in the latest coverage.

The Monday result shows the difference between a film’s weekend momentum and its weekday hold. I’m Game maintained a stronger pace through the opening weekend, but the first working day brought lower occupancy and fewer shows. The Week reported that overall theatre occupancy also fell from the Sunday level.

The Malayalam version remained the largest contributor to the domestic total in the published breakdown. The Telugu and Tamil versions also added to the India figure, while the Hindi version made a smaller contribution on the fifth day. These language-level numbers are estimates from the tracking data, not audited studio accounts.

I’m Game was released on Sept. 3 in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. The film stars Dulquer Salmaan and is directed by Nahas Hidhayath. The latest box-office articles describe it as a fantasy action thriller and distinguish its estimated figures from final distributor settlements.

The current result is therefore a mixed update: the film has crossed ₹40 crore worldwide early in its run, but the first Monday brought a substantial daily drop. Its eventual total will depend on later weekday performance, show counts, audience response and the availability of competing releases.

Readers should treat the numbers as trade estimates until the producers or distributors publish audited final figures. The latest verified point is the reported ₹41.20 crore worldwide gross after Day 5 and the ₹1.50 crore India net collection for Monday.
