The Khagrachari area of Chattogram is characterized by mountainous terrain and poor transportation conditions, which limit access to basic daily necessities. During the winter season, falling temperatures further exacerbate the shortage of adequate warm clothing. In addition, due to economic hardship, many children and adolescents are unable to obtain essential educational supplies needed for their studies, making the provision of winter clothing and educational materials a important form of support to help stabilize daily life and improve the local learning environment.

This volunteer activity was organized in collaboration with HWPL and Bangladesh’s Shibalee Humanity Foundation, with the aim of supporting local residents facing difficulties in their livelihoods and living conditions.

On the day of the event, numerous volunteers worked together to ensure the smooth distribution of relief supplies. A session introducing HWPL was also held, providing local residents and partner organizations with an opportunity to share HWPL’s vision and purpose for peace activities.
