Nurul, Kalam re-elected president, GS of Rangpur Bivag Samity, Dhaka

ZOOMBANGLA DESK: Md. Nurul Islam, former Secretary of Religious Affairs Ministry, and Md. Abu Kalam Siddiq, Deputy Inspector General of Bangladesh Police, have been re-elected president and general secretary of Rangpur Bivag Samity, Dhaka respectively.

Of them, Nurul Islam hailed from Dinajpur district and Abu Kalam Siddiq hailed from Nilphamari district.

Dhaka district office of the Department of Social Services approved the 71-member executive committee of the regional organization on Tuesday (June 13).

Earlier on May 25, a partial committee headed by Nurul and Kalam was formed at the annual general meeting (AGM) of Rangpur Bivag Samity, Dhaka.
