The RayNeo iO smart glasses are now available as a lightweight AI-display product aimed at work, travel and hands-free information. The company’s latest product material says the glasses went on sale in September after an IFA demonstration, while Geeky Gadgets reported the 33-gram design and the glasses’ focus on a heads-up display rather than a camera or built-in speakers.

The iO uses a transparent display that RayNeo describes as the equivalent of a 33-inch screen viewed at a distance. It is designed to place notifications, translations and other small pieces of information in front of the wearer without turning the glasses into a video-recording device. That camera-free approach also changes the privacy conversation around wearable displays.
RayNeo lists a range of software functions, including voice-activated assistance, live captions, translation and a teleprompter. The product page also mentions turn-by-turn navigation and support for prescription lenses. These features depend on the paired phone, the software version and the language or service available in a particular country.
The frame is built for long wear. RayNeo says it weighs 33 grams and uses a balanced combination of magnesium-aluminum alloy and titanium temples. Geeky Gadgets reported a 240mAh battery and up to two days of use, while the company also offers a charging case for longer trips. Battery life will vary with display brightness, voice use and connected services.
There are clear tradeoffs. The glasses do not include speakers or a camera, so they are not a complete replacement for earbuds or camera glasses. Their value depends on whether a wearer wants quiet visual prompts and AI help more than audio or photo capture. With the product now moving from announcement to retail availability, RayNeo is testing whether a discreet display can be useful enough to earn a place in everyday routines.
The product is best understood as a display accessory for a phone, not a standalone computer. That distinction sets expectations for battery use and feature availability.
