Vivo has expanded its flagship smartphone lineup in the Philippines with the introduction of the vivo X300 FE, a compact premium device aimed at users who prioritize mobile photography, portability, and long battery life.

The company said the handset is now open for pre-order nationwide until June 5, carrying a suggested retail price of Php 54,999. The launch places the X300 FE within vivo’s broader X Series range, which has increasingly focused on camera-driven smartphones developed in partnership with ZEISS.
Unlike larger flagship models that dominate the high-end Android segment, the X300 FE takes a smaller approach. The phone features a 6.31-inch display, a flat-edged design, and a body measuring 7.99 mm thick. It weighs 191 grams, positioning it as a lighter alternative for users who prefer one-handed handling without stepping away from flagship-level hardware.
At the center of the device is a triple-camera setup led by a 50-megapixel ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera and a 50-megapixel ZEISS Main Camera. An additional 110-degree ultra-wide camera rounds out the system, allowing users to switch between wide landscape shots, portraits, and zoom photography.
vivo is also introducing a separate accessory for users seeking extended zoom capabilities. The vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, priced at Php 13,999, attaches to the device and provides a 200mm equivalent focal length. According to the company, the accessory uses 15 high-transmittance glass elements and a compact optical structure intended to maintain image detail while reducing overall carrying weight.
The company appears to be targeting creators and mobile-first users who regularly shoot and edit content on the move. The X300 FE runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform, paired with a 6500mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
vivo said the battery system incorporates fourth-generation silicon anode technology alongside software-based energy management designed to improve endurance during extended use.
Durability has also been emphasized in the device’s construction. The X300 FE carries IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, while the frame uses aerospace-grade aluminum. The rear panel features a matte-textured Metallic Sand AG glass finish intended to reduce fingerprint marks.
The smartphone will be available in Mist Purple and Luxe Black color options.
Customers who place pre-orders through vivo stores in the Philippines will receive promotional items including a vivo X Series VIP Exclusive Card and vivo Buds Air3. Buyers ordering through the company’s online store will also receive a camera bag bundled with the purchase.
For installment buyers, Home Credit Philippines is offering financing plans at 0% interest for up to 18 months, with daily payments starting at Php 76, according to the company.
vivo is also positioning the device around long-term software support. The company said the X300 FE will receive five years of operating system upgrades, seven years of security maintenance, and five years of smooth experience optimization.
