Minisforum has listed the M2 Pro as a compact desktop aimed at people who want local AI capability without giving up gaming or workstation connectivity. The company’s product page pairs an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor with integrated Arc B390 graphics, a 50 TOPS NPU and up to 180 TOPS of platform AI performance. Geeky Gadgets highlighted the same system after testing its gaming and compute positioning.
The M2 Pro is built around a 1.8-liter chassis. Minisforum lists 32GB of onboard LPDDR5X memory, three M.2 slots and support for up to 24TB of NVMe storage. That combination gives the machine an unusual role: it can be a small office computer, a local model box or a compact media and gaming system, depending on how the owner fills its storage.
Connectivity is one of the stronger parts of the design. The official specification lists both 10GbE and 2.5GbE ports, three USB4 connections, HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort output.
