With just days to go before its official unveiling, Oppo has quietly moved its upcoming flagship into the hands of early buyers in China. The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is now listed on the companyâs domestic online store, offering a closer look at what consumers can expect when the device formally launches on April 21.

The listing does not break new ground on design, which the company has already teased in recent days. Instead, it fills in practical details that tend to matter just as much to buyers deciding at the top end of the market. Oppo is preparing four storage configurations for the device, ranging from 12GB of RAM paired with 256GB of storage, up to a 16GB RAM and 1TB storage option.
There is a notable distinction at the top tier. Only the 1TB variant will support satellite communication, a feature that has been gradually appearing in flagship smartphones but remains limited to select models and markets. Oppo has not indicated whether this capability will extend to global units or remain exclusive to China.
The company has also confirmed three colour options, presented under the names Polar Glaciers, Rongsha Canyon, and Tundra. These names appear to be translated from Chinese, and it remains unclear whether they will be retained for international markets or adapted for broader branding consistency.
Beyond configuration details, the listing reinforces Oppoâs emphasis on camera hardware. The Find X9 Ultra will carry a quad rear camera system developed in partnership with Hasselblad, housed within a circular module. The setup includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor with a 1-inch size, alongside another 200-megapixel telephoto lens designed for portrait photography with 3x zoom.
Additional lenses include a 50-megapixel telephoto camera capable of 10x optical zoom and a 50-megapixel ultrawide shooter that Oppo claims captures significantly more light. On the front, the device features a 50-megapixel camera intended for selfies and video calls.
Oppo is also preparing a bundled accessory package, referred to as the Hasselblad Master Set, which is expected to be priced above the standard retail package. Details of what the bundle includes have not been disclosed.
While these specifications are tied to the Chinese release, the company has indicated that global variants could differ in storage configurations. That leaves some uncertainty for international buyers ahead of the launch event, where Oppo is also set to introduce the Find X9s and Find X9s Pro.
