The Pranav Constructions IPO drew 5.69 times the shares on offer on its first day of bidding, according to market data reported by Economic Times and Business Standard. The Mumbai-based developer’s issue opened on Sept. 7 and is scheduled to close on Sept. 9.

The Pranav Constructions IPO GMP figure has also drawn attention, but grey-market pricing is unofficial and can change. It should not be treated as a guaranteed listing price or return.
The price band is ₹118 to ₹124 per share. One retail lot contains 120 shares, making the minimum application at the upper end of the band ₹14,880 before any applicable charges.
Economic Times reported that investors submitted 12,78,82,920 bids against 2,24,63,137 shares available by the end of the first day. Non-institutional demand was particularly strong in the published subscription breakdown.
The issue includes a fresh share sale and an offer for sale. The company’s filing materials identify a fresh issue of about ₹315.60 crore and an offer for sale of about ₹35.43 crore, for a total issue size of roughly ₹351.03 crore.
The use of the fresh money is the more useful business detail behind the subscription headline. The company plans to put about ₹145.72 crore toward redevelopment costs, statutory approvals, additional floor-space rights where applicable and compensation linked to certain projects.
Another ₹91.50 crore is earmarked for debt repayment, according to the published IPO coverage. The planned use means the issue is tied to both project execution and the balance sheet rather than only to a change in the company’s public ownership.
The company’s investor-corner page lists its red herring prospectus dated Aug. 31 and the filings made with the relevant market authorities. Those documents are the primary record for the offer structure, risks and intended use of proceeds.
Grey-market premium figures have also driven searches for the issue. Those figures are informal market indications, not a guaranteed listing price or return, and they can change before the offer closes.
Allotment and listing dates remain part of the issue timetable published by market trackers. Investors considering the IPO should rely on the prospectus, exchange disclosures and their own financial advice rather than treating first-day subscription or GMP as proof of future performance.
