Razer Blade 18 2026 is the company’s newly announced large gaming laptop as a large gaming laptop aimed at both high-end games and local artificial-intelligence development. Razer describes it as its most powerful Blade model, with a desktop-class approach to demanding workloads such as local model inference, code compilation and 3D rendering.
The company lists an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor with 24 cores, a boost speed of up to 5.5GHz and an integrated NPU rated for up to 13 TOPS of AI acceleration. The laptop can also be configured with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU.
Razer’s specifications include up to 24GB of graphics memory and a 175W total graphics power rating for the top GPU configuration. The company says the hardware is intended to run AI workloads locally, which can reduce reliance on a remote server for some tasks.
The Blade 18 uses an 18-inch dual-mode display with UHD+ resolution at 240Hz or Full HD resolution at 440Hz. Razer also lists Thunderbolt 5, Wi-Fi 7, 2.5Gb Ethernet, a 5MP camera and a six-speaker system with THX Spatial Audio.
TechRadar’s review reported nearly eight and a half hours of continuous video playback and more than three and a half hours of continuous gaming in its testing. Those are review results under specific conditions, not a guaranteed battery duration for every user.
The Razer announcement and TechRadar review support the hardware direction and tested endurance. Buyers should still check the exact GPU, display and regional configuration because the highest specifications are optional and can substantially affect the final price.
