The theatrical run of Dacoit is beginning to show signs of fatigue as it moves past its opening stretch, with collections easing on Wednesday after holding reasonably steady through the first few days. The film, led by Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, has so far accumulated a worldwide gross of Rs 43.89 crore by the end of its sixth day, according to figures reported by Sacnilk.

Within India, the filmâs net earnings stand at Rs 27.05 crore, while the gross figure has reached Rs 31.49 crore. Overseas markets have contributed Rs 12.40 crore, keeping the overall tally within a respectable range for a film still in its first week but now facing the usual midweek pressures.
Wednesdayâs performance reflects that shift. The film collected Rs 1.55 crore net across India from 4,185 shows, marking a drop of 48.3 percent compared to Tuesdayâs Rs 3.00 crore. The decline comes alongside a noticeable dip in occupancy, a trend often seen once initial audience curiosity begins to taper.
The Telugu version continues to account for the larger share of revenue, bringing in Rs 1.05 crore net on day six with an occupancy rate of 18.0 percent across 2,082 shows. The Hindi version added Rs 50 lakh, operating at a lower 9.0 percent occupancy from 2,103 shows.
A closer look at audience turnout suggests uneven engagement through the day. In the Telugu 2D format, overall occupancy stood at 15.23 percent. Morning shows opened at 12.85 percent before rising to 17.85 percent in the afternoon, then softening again in the evening and night slots.
The Hindi 2D version followed a similar but more subdued pattern. Morning occupancy remained particularly low at 4.54 percent, with modest improvement later in the day. Evening and night shows performed relatively better, though overall turnout stayed limited at 12.60 percent.
The filmâs fifth day had already hinted at this slowdown, with Rs 3.00 crore net collected from 4,250 shows at 21.0 percent occupancy. The sharper drop on Wednesday underscores how quickly weekday dynamics can reshape a filmâs momentum after its initial run.
