NVIDIA and SK Hynix announced a multiyear technology partnership to co-develop next-generation memory aligned with NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure roadmap.

SK Hynix will serve as a primary memory partner for NVIDIA’s data center and AI accelerator roadmap. The partnership addresses the extended development cycles and supply requirements of the global AI factory buildout.
SK Hynix will also use NVIDIA tools to accelerate semiconductor simulation and build digital twins for autonomous fab operations. The collaboration aims to reduce time-to-market for new memory products.
The deal signals NVIDIA’s commitment to securing long-term memory supply as AI infrastructure deployment accelerates globally. NVIDIA chips require massive amounts of fast memory to function effectively.
SK Hynix competes with Samsung and Micron Technology in high-bandwidth memory production. The partnership strengthens SK Hynix’s position in the lucrative AI memory market.
The multiyear commitment indicates both companies expect continued growth in AI data center demand. Memory will remain a critical bottleneck as AI model sizes and inference workloads expand.
