The realme P4s 5G is moving from a rumoured phone to a confirmed India launch, with the company preparing a specification-led entry in the P4 family. The latest update is significant because it shifts attention from the handset’s earlier launch speculation to the hardware realme has now started to disclose.
realme’s India launch page lists the P4s 5G for August 26 at 12pm. The official page is also promoting a priority pack, while the company’s broader sales details are expected to be released around the launch event. The handset is therefore not yet a retail product, and realme has not announced an India price in the material currently available.
91mobiles reported on August 19 that the phone will be sold through realme.com and Flipkart. Its report said the P4s 5G will use the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset together with realme’s HyperVision+ AI Chip. The article also described a 7,000-square-millimetre vapour chamber aimed at helping the phone manage heat during demanding games and other sustained workloads.
The display is another major part of the new angle. 91mobiles reported a 1.5K panel with a resolution of 1,272 by 2,772 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and a claimed peak brightness of 6,500 nits. The report also said the screen uses Samsung M14 material and supports HDR10+ and Netflix HDR. These figures are manufacturer claims reported ahead of independent testing, so real-world brightness and battery life remain to be checked.
realme is also highlighting durability and imaging. The reported specifications include IP66, IP68 and IP69 protection ratings, along with a 50-megapixel AI camera. The phone is said to support 80W charging for its 8,000mAh battery, but this draft focuses on the newly confirmed chipset, display and sales route rather than repeating the earlier launch-and-battery angle already published on the site.
The key unanswered question is price. The Dimensity 7400 Ultra, high-refresh display, large battery and reinforced water-resistance claims could make the P4s attractive to Indian buyers seeking a performance phone with long endurance. realme will need to explain the final storage options, introductory offers and warranty terms when the August 26 event begins. Until then, the launch date and confirmed feature list are the clearest facts available.
