The Tempsens Instruments IPO opened in India on Aug. 20 and is scheduled to remain available through Aug. 24, according to current issue details published by Zerodha and Mirae Asset Sharekhan.

Zerodha listed a price range of ₹285 to ₹300 per share, a lot size of 50 shares and an issue size of about ₹650 crore. Its schedule listed Aug. 27 as the expected listing date and described the timetable as subject to change.
Sharekhan also listed the Tempsens Instruments IPO as open from Aug. 20 to Aug. 24 with a ₹285–₹300 price band and a 50-share bid lot. The platform placed the issue on the BSE listing route in its current IPO information.
Tempsens Instruments makes temperature-sensing products, electrical-heating equipment and specialized cables. Zerodha’s company description said its products include thermocouples and infrared pyrometers, while its heating and cable businesses serve industrial customers.
The issue information shows that part of the offer is intended for fresh capital and part for shares sold by existing investors. Zerodha listed proposed uses including capital expenditure, repayment or prepayment of borrowings and general corporate purposes.
