WindGroove AirFi One is a ceiling-mounted system that combines a fan, a light and a Hi-Fi speaker. Geeky Gadgets highlighted the product in its September 7 technology feed, while WindGroove’s Kickstarter page records the campaign result and the product’s stated functions.

The Kickstarter campaign closed with 677 backers pledging $311,372, according to the project page last updated on August 18. That is crowdfunding history, not a guarantee that every backer has received a finished unit. The project remains subject to production and fulfilment conditions.

WindGroove describes AirFi One as an integrated smart ceiling system. Its official FAQ says the device combines an 80-watt audio system, airflow above 3,200 cubic feet per minute and 2,000-lumen smart lighting. The fan, light and audio functions can be used together or separately.

The sound system is designed to project downward from the ceiling. WindGroove says it uses a dedicated acoustic chamber, dual high-frequency drivers and an 8-inch subwoofer. The company also says the audio section was co-engineered with Jamo. These are manufacturer and project-page claims, not an independent sound test.

AirFi One uses a reversible DC motor and is designed to operate below 32 decibels, according to the FAQ. Users can control the system through the WindGroove application. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are listed, along with Alexa and Google Home support where compatible.

The product’s installation needs deserve attention. WindGroove recommends a qualified electrician because the unit is a ceiling-mounted electrical fixture. The company says buyers should check the ceiling structure, wiring and mounting box before replacing a conventional fan or light.

WindGroove’s FAQ also says final units must be tested and certified by accredited laboratories before mass shipment. It lists FCC, CE, RoHS and relevant electrical safety standards among the certifications that may apply. The supported shipping list will be confirmed before fulfilment.

AirFi One’s appeal is its attempt to reduce the number of visible devices in a room. The confirmed story is a crowdfunded product with three connected functions and a completed campaign. Buyers should check the latest project updates, delivery terms, local electrical requirements and warranty conditions before making a decision.
